  Mabank ISD is required by the Texas Legislature, Texas Education Agency, and ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015) to share a copy of the 2021-22 Texas Academic Performance (TAPR) School and District Reports and Federal Report Cards. The TAPR report provides information concerning student performance on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®), as well as information on student enrollment, class size averages, and financial expenditures. The Federal Report Cards provide information in the following six areas:
  
  Part I: Student Achievement by Proficiency Level
  Part II: Student Achievement and State Academic Annual Measureable Objectives (AMOs)
  Part III: Priority and Focus Schools
  Part IV: Teacher Quality Data
  Part V: Graduates Enrolled in Texas Institution of Higher Education (IHE)
  Part VI: Statewide National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Results

• Special Information Regarding COVID-19 Impact on Accountability Reporting ▲
  Due to the impact of COVID-19, all districts and schools were not rated in 2021 and received a label of "Not Rated: Declared State of Disaster" for their 2021 accountability ratings. Learn more.
  
  The Texas Education Agency (TEA) issues annual accountability ratings to all public school districts and campuses, in addition to charter schools.
  Ratings are based on multiple statistics, including student performance and growth data on STAAR results; graduation rates; College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) indicators; STAAR performance relative to demographic factors and differential among students of different racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. The TEA also evaluates the performance of English Learners and Special Education students.
