    • District Computers, Email Accounts, Google Accounts and ClassLink Accounts are all accessed via the same individual credentials for each user.  (Google requires @mabankisd.net be appended to the username.)
    • ClassLink provides SSO access to Edugence, Skyward Gradebook and Skyward Employee Access.  (ClassLink is the sole access method for Skyward for staff and students.)
    • MFA* via sms or authenticator app is mandated for ClassLink, Google, and Email (authenticator app only) for staff.
    • It is highly encouraged that all staff push Windows+L when they step away from their computers for any reason.  This will lock the screen and prevent unauthorized access from students or other personnel.  Logging back in is very quick and only requires pressing any key and inputting the user's computer password.

    *Research shows that MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) mitigates 99% of all account breaches.
