Catherine Lindsley is in her 16th year as Choral Director of Mabank High School. Mrs. Lindsley also taught at Mabank Middle School for five of those years. During this time, the number of students involved in the choral program at the high school alone has quadrupled and the choirs have grown in ability and excellence. Mrs. Lindsley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Conservatory of Music in Kansas City, Missouri and a Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from Texas A&M-Commerce. She has been married to Kelly (known as Mr. Kelly by the students) for eighteen years and enjoys spending time with Bailey, (their “above-average” dog), cooking, playing the piano, and visiting with friends and family. Kelly is a singer and songwriter and travels on weekends giving concerts in churches across Texas. He is the piano accompanist and section leader for the Panther Chorale White and Panther Chorale Green.
